4. Certification & Public Verification

  • Eligibility: Official certification is strictly contingent upon meeting all prerequisite training hours, passing evaluations, and satisfying professional criteria.
  • Public Database: By earning an IFITA certification, you acknowledge that your name, certificate ID, and status will be accessible via our digital verification tool to maintain industry credibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

IFITA, its directors, and its educators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the information, techniques, or clinical models presented on this website or during live workshops.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
